Lunch Ideas
You're busy! Here are some quick lunch ideas that don't contain milk or soy products:
Sandwiches: Breads
- plain pitas (don't contain soybean oil; confirm on package before buying as ingredients sometimes change)
- whole wheat bagels (Thomas' was what I ate; confirm on package before buying as ingredients sometimes change)

Sandwiches: Inside
- roasted veggies with olive oil
- cous cous salad or tabbouleh
Salads - pasta or anti-pasta - mix & match the following ingredients for variety!
- dress with olive oil or pure canola oil, vinegar & herbs (invest in a cruet to pre-mix & have handy!)
Polenta Cakes (side dish recipe hearty enough for a mid-day meal!)
